The Assembly met at 10 A.M. with the Deputy Speaker in the Chair.
Starred question Nos.4-8 and unstarred question Nos.33-41 were disposed of.
The Chair disallowed the notice of adjournment motion by U M.N. Majaw on the subject of termination of services of the Women Home Guards with effect from April 1, 1982, on the ground that it was an issue involving the normal course of affairs of the Organisation at the completion of their voluntary training.

The House agreed to the suggestion put forward by U M.N. Majaw that the Chief Minister should take the floor on Wednesday, March 24, 1982, to reply to the debate on Governor's Address.
