(b) If so, since when the work order of the said Bridge has been issued?   (b) 1.7.2002.
 
(c) The name of the contractor?   (c) Shri Godfrey N. Arengh.

Surrendered Militants

(c) How many have re-joined the underground?   (c) Does not arise in view of reply to (a) above.

  (a) The On-line Lottery Rules were notified in the Official Gazette on 19th November, 2002.
(b) The circumstances under which an agreement was drawn up before finalisation of rules?

 
  (b) The Agreement was drawn up in conformity with the spirit of the Lottery Regulation Act, 1998 and in line with the Supreme Court verdict of 7.5.99 Rules are required for operationalisation of Lottery draws.

Electric Crematorium

    ii) The Detailed Project Report has been prepared by the consultant.
(b) when will the same be completed?

 
  (b) As per the time schedule, the project is to be completed by March, 2004 subject to availability of fund.

(a) Whether the department is aware that the road from Riangdo to Nongchram is in a dilapidated condition?   (a) Yes, Sir, condition of certain stretches of the road from Riangdo to Nongchram has deteriorated.
(b) If the answer to (a) above is in affirmative, the steps the Department is taking to improve same?   (b) The Department has taken several steps for improvement of the Roads like strengthening, widening and improvement of geometrics.
